New / Replacement Door Locks and Handles in Hartford

After an unfortunate incident with a key left in a bi-fold door and spending about an hour of my own time trying to fish the remnants of the snapped key out of the lock, I threw in the towel and called Simply Locks.

Marcus arrived an hour later and was able to extract the broken key from the cylinder within about 5 minutes, meaning we could keep the same cylinder. Marcus was very polite, professional and did a great job, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Simply Locks.

Marcus came around promptly and had my jammed lock opened in about 10 minutes. No mess, no fuss. He even helped to reassemble the existing lock without having to buy a new one. I would highly recommend his services.
